At Cosmic Essence, we process and dispatch all orders with care. Please review the shipping details below before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed only after successful online payment confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies to all orders.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹599.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and courier operations.

Once dispatched, the order is handed over to the shipping partner.

Address Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.

Cosmic Essence is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Orders cancelled before dispatch will be cancelled without any charges.

After Dispatch: Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a ₹50 cancellation charge.

Non-Pickup / Refused Orders

Orders not picked up, refused, or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect details are not eligible for any refund.

Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges.

Delays Beyond Control

Cosmic Essence shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
