Return & Refund Policy

At Cosmic Essence, we ensure quality and hygiene across all our products. Due to the nature of our items, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

No Returns / No Refunds

All products sold on Cosmic Essence are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Orders cancelled before dispatch will be cancelled without any charges.

After Dispatch: Orders cancelled after dispatch will incur additional of a ₹50 cancellation charge. The product amount is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Pickup / Refused Orders

If an order is not picked up, refused, or returned to origin due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, no refund will be issued.

Such orders are considered fulfilled, and re-shipping will require additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In rare cases of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, customers must contact us within 5 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos on E-Mail.

Claims raised after 5 hours will not be accepted.
